Liz did her bike fit assessment training with physio Dr. M. Callaghan - who worked with British Cycling and Sky, attending 4 common wealth games and gaining 4 Olympic golds with teams.
*Bike sizing is very different to a bike fit!*
The bike assessment involves understanding of the biomechanics of the body, the set up of a bike and the added benefits of physiotherapist knowledge of previous injuries, body types and exercise. When doing a bike fit Liz does a screening of you as a whole to assess for potential issues you may have/develop on your bike.
