Progress forwards, improve posture and continue to build strength. Using a range of mat based exercises helping you move with confidence.
2-3pm
Weldilies - build confidence, improve posture, balance and strength in a small, friendly group.
6.00 - 7.00 pm
Progress forwards, improve posture and continue to build strength. Using a range of mat based exercises helping you move with confidence.
7.15 - 8.15 pm
Beginners/low level - for anyone who is moving on from physio treatment or wanting to become stronger, improve mobility and flexibility.
THURSDAY -
2-3pm
Gentle movement - flowing movements in seated and standing to warm and free your creaky joints and mind
