New for March 2019 we are running group classes.
Mat based classes focused on strength, stability and mobility.
Small groups allow our highly qualified staff to tailor exercises to suit each client. With a range of levels and specific classes for falls prevention/rehab classes/higher level strength & stretching classes.
This space allows us to perform higher level rehab with our patients.
1 to 1s are available for anyone wanting to continue rehab or start their exercise journey. Our knowledge allows us to work with people to achieve their goals, designing exercise programs to build stamina, strength and mobility.
This is also where Liz will carry out screening and bike fits.
